They were helpful both in person and on the phone, always ready to assist with any queries. Secondly, the rooms were spacious and well-maintained, with a lovely croc view. The attention to detail in the room amenities was also impressive. Lastly, the breakfast spread was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The hotel's location near the beach allowed for more activities and the presence of multiple restaurants with vegetarian options, such as "The Reef", made dining a pleasure.
